I’m Thaufeeq, a dedicated Mental Health Counsellor with a strong commitment to supporting individuals navigating substance use challenges, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping clients recover from the psychological and emotional impact of Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) through evidence-based interventions and recovery-focused strategies.

I hold a Master of Science in Medical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Addiction and Mental Health. Currently, I am further expanding my knowledge by pursuing an additional Postgraduate Diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science, enabling me to better support neurodiverse individuals and their unique needs.
